Participation and account ownership
You must provide truthful information, control the Discord, Minecraft and creator-platform accounts you connect, and keep those connections authorized. We use Discord and the verified Minecraft account connection as stable identifiers rather than mutable display names.
Content and statistics
Submitted content must be yours, public, relevant to WindVanilla where required by a reward or rank criterion, and must not manipulate views, likes, followers or other metrics. We may use official platform data where it is available and ask the Media Team to verify anything that cannot be reliably automated.
Ranks, promotions and rewards
Creator requirements, reward thresholds and promotion conditions may change. Promotion requests require the acknowledgement displayed at submission; applying without actually meeting the applicable criteria may result in removal from the program. Staff may approve, reject or request more evidence at their discretion.
Removal and abuse
We may remove Creator Program status, connected-program benefits or a reward for fraud, misleading statistics, abuse, account misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Historical program decisions are retained for fraud prevention and audit purposes.
Privacy and contact
We process Discord identity data, connected account information, submissions and relevant statistics solely to operate the Creator Program. Connections can be revoked from Account. For privacy questions or a data request, contact the WindVanilla Media Team through the official WindVanilla support channel.
